Our encounter with the Smith's

After hearing a good lot of the reviews and tabloids on Angelina n Brad Pitt, i was almost crazy about watching it(Angelina's the hottest babe in town, i swear!)... friends had come over for the weekend and we voted unanimously for this one... everything went well till we knew that tickets for the wknd were already sold out... Preetha being the mastermind in all the net frauds(4 yrs of Cmp.Sci in REC shud be of some use rite...), we trusted her with the mission. She laid out the plan, simple and clean,, book on the net for any damn day, just change the date and take a print out (the print out's all they ask for, atleast thats what we thot till that day)...
Went to pick buddies from b'lore.. did some solid gossiping and leg-pulling and got ready for the show, reached there one hour before so that we get through with the fraud easily, a long queue.. preetha joined with the print out and i was given the job to peek in the counter and check if the code for the movie that we generated is right...
In the pretence of talking to a sweet auntie standing next to the counter i checked the code, told her that we actually had two extra tickets and asked if she needs it, but she actually needed tickets for Bunty & Bubli( i shud hav guessed)... code did seem good, gave a Thums up to Preetha who was almost there giving the print out...and then it happened, the guy looked at the piece of paper, frowned and took it inside, politely asking us to wait for a moment... Preetha already sensed danger but i was adamant, stood there with two guys already waiting for confirmation.. few tense seconds and the guy was back... to the guys who were standing next he said, "Invalid Code,Sir"... and should have seen their reaction... real geeks they were, even i wouldn't have given such a perfomance(i've a plenty of theatre exp u see)... four of their tickets were valid and two invalid... by that time i knew out fate was sealed..
As we were silently walking out one of the guy shouts,,, "Excuse me, you have two extra tickets rite????"..... Now this is what you call fate!

P.S.watched it day before, night show... Angelina was solid.. Brad Pitt got shadowed out in her aura..
